I have a house only 20 km far from the İstanbul park arena.

The question is this: Do I have the right to deduct from the rent for not being able to use those 2 bathrooms, and for the time and money spent trying to fix the draining outside away from the house?? I still have 9 months remaining on my lease, but cannot afford to move right now.
Received another e-mail from agent, who states that homeowner never returned phone call from last week. After looking through my old e-mails, the original problem was turned in on or about April 10. The second problem was turned in on May 21, with the plumber coming out on May 22. So our showers have not been in use since before May 21 due to the problems. I do have all of the e-mail correspondence that is dated in case I have to take this any further. But do e-mails hold up in court if I have to go?

I rent a house, with yard, etc. My landlord just came by (I was home) she did not knock at my door or ask permission to place the two signs in my yard which advertise “we buy and sell houses” with a number.
Is this allowed legally. I am in Pennsylvania. Thanks for your help!
I have never ever been late, and I have lived in this property for over three years. The house is kept very neat and the yard is always clean.
My lease does not mention advertisements/signs.

I am relocating to antother state and I have been in my house for only a year and I need some advice on how to sell it fast. I called HomeVestors and they said they were not interested and that I havent been in it long enough.
If I cant sell it I will have to rent it out but I am not sure how to get that process started either.

What about: outdoor whirlpool spa, canoe or kayak, 2 bicycles, outdoor kitchen (we now have a portable charcoal grill), heat for the pool, a supply of herbs and spices, a supply of soap and paper items?
Would these things influence your choice? Can you suggest other amenities?

My husband and I are moving to Pinellas County FL in February. We are looking to rent a small house with a back yard that is pet friendly as we have a small dog. Our credit sucks but we have excellent landlord references and the means to pay an extra pet deposit if applicable. How difficult will it be to rent a house?
