How do I obtain a quick claim deed?

My sister and her husband have a house that I have been taking care of for the past 5 years. They have a quick claim deed. She and husband are divorcing. Last year, she wrote me a notarized bill of sale for the house. How do I have the quick claim deed transferred into my name? The house does NOT have a current abstract and NO, I don’t plan on getting one updated either. I plan on selling the house and splitting the monies with my sister.
I know it is called a QUIT CLAIM DEED for crying out loud! It is also COMMONLY known as a QUICK CLAIM DEED as well! Just for your information.

According to the county clerk, the bill of sale is legit because of the way the names are written on the quit claim deed. Either party is able to sell this house without the others signature.

I have already moved and need to sell my house really fast. I need to sell it qucikly and with very little interaction because I live several miles away. What is the quickest way to do so with out lossing my profit? This was my first house so I have no clue what I’m doing.

How do I sell my House quicker?

I want to sell one of my 4 houses and need to sell it faster. Also, my expedition is getting worse gas mileage since I put 26 inch rims on it. And my wifes mercedes is getting only 18 mpg. Should we put that in the shop, but then she will be left driving our hybrid (which we rarely drive - because we like to waste gas), and everyone will laugh at us. Any advice?

Must raided illegal immigrants leave everything behind?

Good news ICE is finally waking up here. There’s a lot of immigration-related raids lately, about 1300 illegals, mostly Mexicans, got raided and arrested in the last 2 weeks in California. ICE is raiding repeat and dangerous criminals first in line. California becomes slowly a better and safer place.

So here’s my question. How does a raid exactly work? Are these people allowed to get their goodies, quick-sell house, cars, TV, etc, or do they just have 5min to pack their favorite stuff in a handbad and leave all the rest behind (which could be sold at auctions etc to pay millions back to the govt for eg raid and incarceration costs) ?
If the raid is a the workplace can they pass home?

Anybody used quick sale co’s for house selling that operate on franchise basis?

Has anybody sold their home to a quick sale company that operates on a franchise basis? So you are not actually selling to a company as such but to an Associate of that Company? would appreciate any feedback both positive and negative, thanks. Any pitfalls to look out for? Warnings? Advice? help?

My life is stuck in a rut cause of this house , the quicker it gets sold the faster i can move on and it will be financialy better. I don’t want anything that will harm anyone so it must be pure.

Im about to sell my house. Any tips?

We are very excited about selling our first house. As we’ve never sold a house before, we dont really know what to expect, what we should do etc.
We have totally renovated our house, gutted the entire inside. Its basically brand new inside. Very modern but its still small. Any advise to make it seem bigger on first glance?

Do you have tips that will make our house sell quicker, look more inviting/comfortable? Anything that you look back on in retrospect and wish that you’d done?
