How difficult is it to rent a house in Pinellas County FL with bad credit?

My husband and I are moving to Pinellas County FL in February. We are looking to rent a small house with a back yard that is pet friendly as we have a small dog. Our credit sucks but we have excellent landlord references and the means to pay an extra pet deposit if applicable. How difficult will it be to rent a house?

My wife and I are considering moving and renting our house out. We know that this is a good time to buy, but is it a good time to rent our house out? Is there a lot of demand for rental homes?

First Home buyers Moving Into a Older Style home, Any Renovation ideas?

I am very excited but nervous at the same time, I have just purchased my first home with my husband & two young children. Its about 30 Years old, fibro home with built ins & regular size bedrooms (3), Open Plan. Would like some Idea’s to make it look fresher & younger. Any decoration tips greatly appreciated!
