My hall-mates and I are looking to rent a house next school year and I was just wondering what types of questions should we go about asking the landlord and the realtor? We would like to have a list of questions to ask going into the meeting with everyone. What do we need to know about insurance and things like that?
Also What are some things we need to know in order to make the whole living together thing easier?
