Im in SC and im trying to sell my house. Its been on the market for 2 months and need to sell within the next few months. Its a 2BR and 2BA house with almost 5 acres of land. It was built in 2000. We are tryin to get atleast 120,000 for the house but no one seems interested for some reason. Its a clean and very pretty house…but…we havent had not the first person to come look at it. We DO have a real estate agent as well. What can i do to my house to sell quicker or how can i get more exposure for it than just a real estate agent? Any suggestions. Thanks so much,

Also we are living in the house so we cant rent it out. If that was the case, we woulda rented it out a long time ago. lol. Thanks for all the great answers.
