I want to move out of state. After living in my house for 31 yrs.
I have so much accumalation of stuff, that I don’t want to go with a realtor and have people coming to my home while I am sorting all of this stuff to decide what to get rid of and what to keep. I figure the best way is to get an investor or rehabber that can look past the clutter and see the potential in the house.
I think it will sell quicker. I am not behind in pmts. so am not in
a desparate situation that I will take whatever I am offered for the house.
