What is thee quickest way to sell a nice house with some foundation problems?

My grandmother has to sell her house quickly, she has about 8 acres and her house is on land that is going up in price a lot. Is there any hope besides those Ugly duckling places to sell the house within weeks. She would be willing to drop the price drastically… any ideas would be great…
house was bout for 120k 15 years ago, appraised at 190k now…
