its in napa valley, Ca. corner lot built in 1966 i think, 3 beds, 2 bath, pool, lots of up grades, beautiful front yard. ive had it on the market fo 5 mos. i started at 630,000.00 and now its at 594,.000.00 and still no bites at all. i need to sell it quick. any suggestions?
