What is the fastest way to sell or rent a house?

I am relocating to antother state and I have been in my house for only a year and I need some advice on how to sell it fast. I called HomeVestors and they said they were not interested and that I havent been in it long enough.

If I cant sell it I will have to rent it out but I am not sure how to get that process started either.

Want to sell house ads on tv for people to pay cash for quick sale scam?

My husband and I are looking for a quick way to get out of our house. Not really wanting to go through the trouble of fixing it up to show buyers and go through the selling process. Saw an ad on tv for company that buys houses. Are these for real or just another scam? Any advice anyways?

Would it be wise to buy a house, rent it out, and then sell it after I pay off the mortgage?

Currently, I am a college student and looking to buy a house so I would be able to rent it out and then later on sell it for profit. The location of the house I am planning on buying is around the campus of UC Riverside. There are currently brand new houses that will be selling from the low $500,000. I was planning on putting a small amount for the down payment, then getting maybe a 30-year mortgage, and with the money renting it out to students I would be able to use that money to pay off the mortgage.

Because there are big risks with all the money involved and complications that can occur, I need all the advice and help I am able to get.
