I don’t think he can change your credit score. It sounds like he is a bogus landlord, especially if he asked for a fee to change your credit score.
IMPORTANT: Edison is a scammer, do not click on his link, and more importantly, do NOT send him any money.

… How, exactly? A Realtor can’t just go in and change someone’s credit score. The only thing they’d be able to do was change it on the paperwork, and if anyone ever verified it with a credit center (which most people do before they’ll rent something to you), it would be rather obvious that something shady was going on.
Second, why is the Realtor concerned with your credit scores in the first place? Unless he’s also you landlord (in which case changing the score would be rather pointless, as the decision to rent or not rent would be up to him, not to your credit rating), he shouldn’t even be requesting your scores.
I’d stay away from this guy. It sounds like he’s out to screw you.
