		<description>I do not know if it is a law but obviously something is wrong with the air and from experience of being in Florida you need a really strong air conditioner to overcome the heat and humidity. If you've pleaded with the landlady and done everything you can to get her to fix the situation then yes I would hold rent no matter if it's a law or not.</description>
