Depends on what state you live in but I think you need someone to be 18 to rent the beach house because they will ask for ID

Every state that I know of requires that you be 18 in order to sign a contract and renting a house for a few days falls under that law.

No you must be 18 and what landlord in his right mind would rent to 16 year old.
