Do u think it would be best for my family if we move from Ireland to the UK in this time of recession?

Like Ireland is pretty stuffed now and i know things ain’t better in the UK but it might be better than Ireland. What do u think?

    Its no better in the UK mate.

    Probably worse in fact.

    I’d suggest staying in Ireland, that way you dont have to splash out for accomodation, travel tickets and so on.

    The UK is going through the same recession as everywhere else..so I can’t think how it would make any difference to work prospects.

    Sweetie,

    Why not go on line and find out how much housing would cost, food, utilities , buses or taxi’s and gas for cars job security and etc.
    Compare them to now in Ireland, also check on the recession in each place and how it will or won’t effect your family and what you plan to gain from the move. When you have done this and one side has more plus’s and the other has more negatives you should know what to do and present it to your parents and explain how you did all this to be of help.
