I am a Realtor and can tell you that anyone that advertises that they will pay cash for your home is not telling you that they will pay less than half of what your home is worth. My advise is to hire a good Realtor who will get you the best possible price for your home with the least inconvenience to you. It’s a buyers market out there and you may be surprised!!

They are real. Only problem is that they will pay you below market value for the home.
My advise would be to find a good agent and sell the home as is. You will not get top dollar for the home but at least it will be gone. Or you could place it with an auction house.

Yep, the ones that will advertise that they pay cash for homes will do just that, but they will pay you a fraction of its value……

u have 3 immediate choices that you might want to consider;
if you want to move more than you
want to live where you are, you can
trade houses….
if you want to get caught up with
your mortgage it is easier than you
think….
if you want out fast, why not sell
part of your house and keep paying for part of the mortgage…that way
you and the buyer both win
I can guide you more on all of these.

They are for real but they will offer a really, really low ball price for your house.
Their intention is to fix it up and resell at a profit.
They don’t charge to tell you what they will pay for your house and then you can decide if you want to accept that amount.
I’d also ask a real estate agent familiar with your area to give you an idea of what they think the house would sell for.

They are for real, but the catch is that they will offer you 65-70% of what you might get if you sell it the conventional way. That’s how these folks make their money. They buy considerably below market, and then THEY sell the conventional way.
The call is yours to make.
