yes, every quick sale, would lost you a lot of money, perhaps 50% off of market price, you or your friend don’t want that. Hire profession broker or agent and let them know you willing to go down 10%-20% off of market price,
it will take a little time, but it will well worth it

She can sell it herself and save $$$$ by doing so. She really doesn’t even have to be there as long as everything is documented and Notarized properly. If you are going to be there then I suggest you do yourself a big favor and do some research. You need to get comparables so you can let her know what range she should list her house for. If she wants quick sale, then you have to make sure that your Buyers are pre-approved first! Also knowing a little of the process helps. You can probably sell it to these guys but it probably won’t be a bad deal - it’ll be a terrible deal (like 70% of the market value or less). Anyhow, if you want a price just call a few of these guys and ask. Explain to them that you are gettinng several bids and are not yourself the seller (so they won’t go on and on with the annoying sales pitch).

Still, I really think she would be better off using and agent and still pricing the proerpty 10-20% below market value but it would take a bit longer.
