Put it on the market at a very attractive price. If you expect full market value for the property, be prepaid to wait for a while, until the proper buyer comes around.

Don’t bother with any of the assorted “We buy houses” deals. They buy them alright, but at somewhere around 75-80% of market value, if you’re lucky.

Where are you located? I am looking to buy a house in New York City, but I hate dealing with agents.

You can try advertising on craigslist, but eventually, you might have to sign up with an agent. Just price it right, and the buyers will come. If you don’t have a huge mortgage, you can even under-price the market and sell quickly.
