In case of a house, even a fire sale price may not get the transaction completed in 2 weeks as the average buyer needs to secure financing, and that can easily make a transaction about 30 days long, counting from the day you have a signed buyer-seller sale contract, to the day the buyer actually completes the purchase.

You might want to consider renting it out ASAP so you have some cash flow going.  And a the same time, put it on the market for sale with a Realtor so you can get better than fire sale price.</description>

I would be hard pressed to believe you could sell your house for what you want to get out of it in 2 weeks or less.  If you are willing to give it away to an investor, you may have better luck.  (Not give it to them, but sell it so underpriced that it's ridiculous)</description>
