my husband has been transferred to another branch at work and we need to move. we have seen a house to buy but need to sell ours fast. does any one have any ideas how ,we tried quick cash for homes but due to market they wont give us a decent price even know we are prepared to come down 15%

    At least by using a Realtor with limited services, you can have it publicized through the world on realtor.com Offering as a lease-option or seeing if your lender (if you have one) will change the terms of your loan to make it assumable.

    First, you really need to take a deep look to see how much your house is really worth. 15% might sound a lot to you especially when you sell. The best way to find out is go to and put in your residence, then you will find out whether you can sell your fast.

    Your main problem lies in the fact you are trying to sell in one of the worst housing market since great depression; To try and even sale in this market is crazy, people want deals i.e. foreclosures , look builders are dropping their new home prices by 25% since aug in the same development,

    At this point the few buyers out there want one thing and one thing only a deal
