Sorry can’t help you with that question, but there are investors out there ready to buy your home every day. You will see there signs on street corners in every small to large city in the country.

do it yourself! Go to the book store and check out the book How to sell your home in 5 days! or
You can look up the biggest company in your area and call them. Most Auction companies will do a Buyer’s Premium so you really dont have to worry about it coming out of your pocket.
